Tonttu ja kuusi - An elf and a tree

Tähän joulukorttiin tuli käytettyä vanhaa mutta ihanaa Whiff of Joyn leimaa, jonka väritin Copiceilla ja stanssasin My Favorite Thingsin stanssilla. FinnStamperin tekstileiman leimasin niin ikään MFT:n stanssilla stanssattuun ympyrään, jonka keskelle laitoin napin. Taustalle vielä kuviopapereita ja kortti oli valmis.

I used an oldie but a cutie Whiff of Joy stamp for this Christmas card. I coloured it with my Copics and die cut the panel with a My Favorite Things die. I stamped my sentiment ('Christmas greetings' in Finnish) on a circle die cut with a MFT die and added a button in the middle. For the background I used some patterned papers.

Joulun kukka - Christmas flower

Joulu taitaa olla jo ohi, mutta joulukortteja riittää vielä blogattavaksi, joten jatketaan niillä vielä. Tämä taitaa olla viimeinen kortti Winnie & Walterin joulutähdellä, sekin Copiceilla väritetty. Leimasin nuo männyn oksat ja marjaoksat suoraan paneeliin ja siihen päälle kiinnitin irtileikatut kävyt, lehdet ja joulutähden. Lisäksi kullalla leimattuja pisteitä, muutama paljetti ja tekstileima ja koko paneelin kiinnitys korttipohjaan.

The Christmas might be over already, but I still have some Christmas cards to show you so I'll just continue with them. This is the last card I made with the poinsettia from Winnie & Walter, I coloured it with my Copics. I stamped the  pine branches and the twigs with berries straight to the white panel and then adhered the fussy cut parts (the cones, the leaves and the poinsettia) on it. I stamped a few dots with gold ink, added some sequins and stamped my sentiment ('Merry Christmas' in Finnish) before attaching the panel to the card blank.

Punainen joulutähti - Red poinsettia

Lisää joulutähtiä! :) Tässä kortissa on aika lailla samat ainekset kuin edellisessäkin, joulutähti, lehdet ja kävyt Winnie and Walterin setistä ja väritys Copiceilla. Stanssattuja höysteitä Simply Graphicilta ja WPlus9:ltä, ja taustan ympyrä ja tekstibanneri My Favorite Thingsin stansseilla stanssattu, tekstileima Heidin Korttipajan. Lisänä kuviopaperia ja paljetteja.

It's another poinsettia from me :) The poinsettia, the leaves and the tree cones come from Winnie and Walter and I coloured them with my Copics. The twigs and branches are die cut with dies from Simply Graphic and WPlus9 and the banner and the circle in the background are die cut with My Favorite Things dies. The sentiment on the banner says 'Merry Christmas'.

Joulutähti - Poinsettia

Käytin tähän korttiin Winnie and Walterin ihanaa joulutähteä, jonka väritin Copiceilla valkoiseksi. Höysteeksi laitoin Simply Graphicin stansseilla stanssattuja koristeoksia. Taustalla MFT:n stanssilla stanssattu ympyrä, johon leimasin toivotukset, ja sen takana kuviopaperia.

The gorgeous poinsettia in this card comes from Winnie and Walter, I coloured it white with my Copics. I used Simply Graphic dies to die cut the little branches to go with the poinsettia. The circle in the background is die cut with a My Favorite Things die and the sentiment says 'Merry Christmas'. In the background I used some patterned paper.

Pieni peura - Little fawn

Tähän korttiin käytin WPlus9:n Winter Woodland -settiä ja hieman ei-niin-jouluisia värejä. Leimasin puut MFT:n stanssilla stanssattuun kartonkiin ja oksalle istutin punaisen linnun. Peura sai seurakseen vielä niin ikään MFT:n stanssilla stanssatun bannerin, johon leimasin Heidin Korttipajan tekstin. Taustalle vain kuviopaperia ja kortti oli valmis.

For this Christmas card, I used WPlus9's 'Winter Woodland' set and some non-traditional colours. I stamped the trees on a piece of kraft cardstock that I die cut with a My Favorite Things die and placed a tiny red bird on one of the branches. I stamped my sentiment on a banner that I had die cut with a MFT die and placed it partly behind the little fawn. For the background I used some plaid patterned paper.

Punaista ja valkoista - Red and White

Tämän kortin tein Mama Elephantin Pix's Happy Holiday -setin leimalla, väritin sen Copiceilla, stanssasin irti ja kiinnitin kohotarroilla. Taustan valkoiseen kartonkiin stanssasin aukot Memory Boxin stanssilla. Lisäksi vain tekstileima ja muutama paljetti ja lopulta korttipohjaan kiinnitys.

This cute little critter comes from the Mama Elephant set 'Pix's Happy Holiday', I coloured her with my Copics and attached with foam adhesives. I die cut the background panel with a Memory Box die, stamped my sentiment ('Merry Christmas & Happy New Year' in Finnish) and added some red sequins before attaching it to a red cardbase.

Kranssi - Wreath

Joulukortteja on tullut tehtyä melkoinen pino, mutta bloggaamaan en ole niitä ehtinyt. Yritän nyt saada edes muutaman näytille ennen joulua... Tämän kortin tein Concord & 9th:n Magnolia Wreath -leimoilla ja -stansseilla. Musteet ovat Hero Artsin, stanssattu banneri Spellbindersin ja tekstileima FinnStamperin. Taustan paneeli on stanssattu MFT:n ommelreunastanssilla.

I've been so busy making Christmas cards that I haven't had the chance to blog them. I'll try and show you at least some before Christmas.. I made this one with the 'Magnolia Wreath' stamps and dies by Concord & 9th, I used some Hero Arts inks to stamp the pretty wreath and the berries. I die cut the red banner with a Spellbinders die and heat embossed the sentiment (it says 'Merry Christmas' in Finnish). I die cut the panel in the background with a MFT stitched edge die. Quick and easy! :)
