Avajaiset! - Grand opening!

Tästä se sitten alkaa, bloggaus! Kauan olen tätä tuumaillut ja muiden blogeja ihaillut ja nyt päätin sitten itsekin kokeilla. Ajatuksena on siis blogata väkerryksistäni askartelun saralla, enimmäkseen korteista mutta kukapa tietää, mitä muuta sitä joskus innostuu tekemään.

So this is it, my big leap into the world of blogging! I've thought about this for some time now and visited all the wonderful blogs out there and finally I found the courage to start a blog of my own. Mostly I'll be sharing with you my cards but who knows what else I'll blog about when I get going!

Ajattelin tähän alkuun postata valitut palat viime kuukausien kortteilusta, pääset hieman makuun siitä, mitä tuleman pitää.

To start with I'll show you a few cards made during the past few months, so you'll know what you'll find in my blog during the coming months.

Tämä kortti on tehty Hero Artsin Three ferns -leimasimella, musteena Distress Inkin värit Peeled paint ja Tea dye.
This simple little card is made using the Hero Arts' stamp Three ferns inked with the Distress Ink's Peeled paint and Tea dye.

Tässä kortissa on käytetty leimasinta Inque Boutiquen setistä Silhouettes, teksti Finnstamperilta ja musteena Ancient Pagen Stone gray.
The stamp is from Inque Boutique's set Silhouettes, the text stamp (it says "For a friend") is from Finnstamper and the ink is Stone gray from Ancient Page.

Tämä ihana leimasin on Paperbag Studiosin Hugs, muste on muistaakseni Versafinen Vintage Sepia ja korupiikit itse tehty.
This lovely stamp is by Paperbag Studios and called Hugs, the ink is Versafine's Vintage Sepia (if I remember correctly...) and the pins (behind the flower) are self made.


Tämä pöllö on Inkadinkadon Bird Assortment -setistä ja paperit ovat BasicGreyn Romani-sarjaa.
This owl is from the Bird Assortment set by Inkadinkado. The papers are BasicGrey's Romani series.


Tämä hämmentynyt heppu on Frozey DoodleFactorylta, kuten ovat muutkin kortin leimasimet. Väritys ProMarkereilla.
This puzzled looking fella is DoodleFactory's Frozey, all the stamps used in this card are from Doodle Factory. I've coloured the images with ProMarkers. 'Onnea' means 'Congrats'.

And again - the lovely Frozey! Papers are BasicGrey's Eva.

Ja viimeisimpinä mutta ei vähäisimpinä, loistavan Leanne Ellisin Sugar Nellielle tekemillä Annie-leimasimilla tehdyt kaksi korttia. Ensimmäisen leimasin on nimeltään Catch a falling star ja toisen Day dreamer.
Last but most definitely not the least: two cards made using the Sugar Nellie stamps designed by the lovely Leanne Ellis. The first stamp is called Catch a falling star and the second Day dreamer.
