Penny Black Love and Happiness: Roses for You

 

The February challenge is now live at Penny Black Saturday Challenge and as always, the theme is Anything Goes with the optional theme of Paper Piecing. 

I decided to go with the Anything Goes theme this time and use some new stamps from the new release by Penny Black called Love and Happiness. This cutie pie bear is a new stamp called Roses for You, I coloured the image with my Copics before fussy cutting it. I then die cut the blue frame with Ribbon Stackers die and adhered it to cream coloured cardstock that I had die cut with Hearts Galore die before adhering the whole panel onto pink cardstock. The sentiment comes from the new stamp set Heart Hedgies. For the background I added a piece of patterned paper from the paper pad Painted Blooms before embellishing the card with some tiny clear sequins.

Helmikuun haaste on alkanut Penny Black Saturday Challengessä ja aihe on, kuten aina, Anything Goes ja valinnainen aihe on Paper Piecing.

Itse valitsin tällä kertaa Anything Goes -teeman ja tein kortin uusilla leimoilla uudesta Penny Black -kokoelmasta nimeltään Love and Happiness. Tämä ihana nalle ruusuineen on leima nimeltään Roses for You, väritin kuvan Copiceilla ja leikkasin irti. Taustalle leikkasin kehyksen Ribbon Stackers -stanssilla ja kiinnitin sen taakse kermanvärisen kartongin, johon olin stanssannut Hearts Galore -stanssilla sydämet. Koko paneelin taakse kiinnitin vaaleanpunaisen kartongin. Tekstileima on uudesta setistä Heart Hedgies. Taustalle laitoin kuviopaperia paperikosta Painted Blooms ja koristelin kortin muutamalla pienellä kirkkaalla paljetilla. Kaikki käytetyt tuotteet ovat siis Penny Blackin ja saatavilla nettikaupastaan, linkit tuotteisiin yllä.
