My cousin celebrated her birthday the other day and I made her a birthday card. She loves dreamcatchers (as do I :) ) so I thought she might like a card with one as well. My dreamcatcher is made with WPlus9's Dreamcatcher die, I die cut all the parts from white Papermania cardstock, and I also die cut the feathers from vellum. I dipped the ends of the feathers in a bottle of Ecoline liquid watercolour and then dapped a little white Hero Arts ink on top because they turned out a bit too dark for my liking. As embellies (or caught dreams ;) ) there are some white sequins. The sentiment is by Papertrey Ink. I made the background following Dawn Woleslagle's 'Bokeh made easy' tutorial, although I didn't use a watercoloured background as she did (mainly because mine didn't turn out too pretty... ;) ), I just used patterned paper. The bokeh circles are made using white Hero Arts ink and a Wink of Stella brush pen. The background looked really nice but unfortunately, it doesn't look as nice on the photos :/

(Ihan oikeasti, MITÄ Blogger oikein tekee kuville!? Flickr:n puolella kuva näyttää taas kerran enemmän siltä, miltä kortti oikeasti väreiltään näyttää.
Blogger really is messing with my pictures, please visit my Flickr account to see the photo, the colours are closer to what they really are over there.)
Pisteet sinulle, jos näet pienimmät Wink of Stellalla tehdyt ympyrät tästä kuvasta ;D
Can you spot the tiniest circles made with a Wink of Stella brush pen? :D
Kiitos, kun käväisit ja kiitos, jos kommentoit. Mukavaa tiistaita sinulle! :)
Thanks for your visit today and for any comment you may wish to leave me. Have a lovely day! :)

waude!!! magee tuo bokeh-tausta!!! =)
Tää on tosi hieno! Tuo stanssi on myös aivan ihana, niinkuin mikä tahansa WPlus9:lla..
Ihanan seesteinen kortti.
Onpas tyylikäs! Aivan ihana tuo stanssi ja hieno tausta. Kaikin tavoin onnistunut kokonaisuus! Hyvää viikonloppua sulle, halaukset!
This card is so lovely! I adore the delicacy of the dreamcatcher die and I thought you used the colors beautifully. I really live the bits of blue on the ends of the feathers and I thought your incorporation of sequins was a great idea. The background has such a lovely subtle pattern. Thank you so much for sharing this card with us for this week's Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge!
