Just because - Ihan muuten vain

A 'just because' card I made with a stamp by Stamping Bella. This is called 'There there tiny townie' and I coloured the image with my Copics and added some accents with a white Gelly Roll pen. I then die cut the bottom edge of the panel with a Simon Says Stamp die and added a bit of patterned paper there. I heat embossed the Stamping Bella sentiment to a strip of cardstock die cut with an MFT die and embellished it with some baker's twine. Lastly, I added some sequins to embellish the card.

Tämä kortti syntyi Stamping Bellan There there tiny townie -leimalla. Väritin kuvan Copiceilla ja lisäilin yksityiskohtia valkoisella geelikynällä. Paneelin alareunan stanssasin Simon Says Stampin stanssilla ja lisäsin alle kuviopaperia. Stamping Bellan tekstileiman embossasin valkoisella kartongin palaselle, jonka stanssasin MFT:n stanssilla ja koristelin nyörillä. Lopuksi koristelin koko kortin paljeteilla.

No-one is you - Ei kahta samanlaista

Another Stamping Bella image inked up for the first time here, this is Curvy Girl Loves Essential Oils. I kept everything very simple again, the image is coloured with Copics, the panel is die cut with Dainty Dashes die by Penny Black, a sentiment from the Good Vibes sentiment set by Stamping Bella and some yummy patterned paper for the background.

Yogi - Joogaaja

I couldn't resist these yogi-themed stamps by Stamping Bella so I'm continuing a theme from yesterday. This stamp is called Yoga Mochi Girl and she is fun to colour! I coloured her using my Copics and die cut the panel with a frame die by Penny Black. I stamped the sentiment from the Good Vibes sentiment set by Stamping Bella and added some sequins to embellish the card. I also added a bit of patterned paper for the background.

Positive vibes - Hyviä viboja

I made this card specifically for a challenge because I had just the right stamp to use for it! TIME OUT Challenges' cue word is 'Peaceful' and one of my new Stamping Bella stamps is pretty much made for it :) The stamp is called Curvy Girl Namaste, I coloured it with my Copics on a panel that I die cut with an MFT die. The sentiment strip is die cut with an MFT die as well, and I heat embossed the sentiment from the Good Vibes sentiment set by Stamping Bella. I used  a bit of patterned paper for the background and embellished the card with a bit of string and some sequins.

PBSC: July - Heinäkuu

The July challenge at Penny Black Saturday Challenge is midway through and this month our theme is, as always, Anything Goes with the optional theme of Nature. As our Guest Designer, we have the talented Loll joining us.

I chose to use the optional theme of Nature again and created this clean and simple card using a silhouette stamp from the new Penny Black stamp set Soulful Silhouettes. I heat embossed it in white and sponged some Distress Oxide ink in pink around it. I die cut the panel with the new Dainty Dashes die set. I heat embossed the sentiment from the new Trust Me Builder sentiment set onto a strip of vellum that I adhered to the panel before matting it onto my card base.

Tekstileima on Trust Me Builder -tekstileimasetistä, embossasin sen valkoisella vellumille ja kiinnitin paneeliin ja paneelin korttipohjaan. The Flower Challenge: #46 Reminder - Muistutus

We're half way through our July challenge at The Flower Challenge and our theme is Summer/Winter. As our Guest Designer, we have the talented Mac Mable joining us.

I chose 'Summer' again and chose the colours of a summer sunset with the silhouettes of flowers against it. I sponged some Distress Oxide inks to the top portion of my card base and stamped flowers onto it from the new Penny Black stamp set Soulful Silhouettes (30-691).  I then took a strip of dark grey cardstock and added a little border with it. I chose a sentiment from the new Penny Black sentiment set Words of Encouragement (30-720)  and stamped it with the same ink as I did the flowers.  Lastly, I rounded the bottom corners of my card.

Itse valitsin taas kesän aiheekseni ja erityisesti kesäisen auringonlaskun värit. Mustetin korttipohjaani Distress Oxide -musteita ja leimasin siihen päälle kukkia uudesta Penny Blackin setistä Soulful Silhouettes (30-691). Lisäsin siihen vielä pienen kaitaleen tummanharmaata kartonkia, jonka alle leimasin tekstileiman Penny Blackin setistä Words of Encouragement (30-712). Lopuksi pyöristin vielä kortin alakulmat.

Penny Black Refreshing: Refreshing

Here are two cards that I made with the gorgeous new stamp set from Penny Black called Refreshing. For the first card I used the vase with the beautiful peonies, I heat embossed the image in white and watercoloured it before fussy cutting it. For the background, I used a frame die cut with Dainty Dashes die set matted onto white and then light grey cardstock. The sentiment comes from the new Trust Me Builder sentiment set, I stamped the first part and heat embossed the second part. I adhered everything in place, the vase and the sentiment strip are both adhered with foam adhesives for a little dimension. Lastly, I embellished the card with some clear sequins.

For the second card, I coloured the floral image with my Zig markers before fussy cutting the image. I created a frame for it with the die set Framed, I adhered it straight onto my cardbase and then adhered the floral image to it. I used a sentiment from Grown with Love stamp set and stamped it onto my cardbase. Lastly, I embellished the card with sequins before rounding the bottom corners with a corner chomper.

Tein pari korttia Penny Blackin uudella leimasetillä Refreshing. Ensimmäiseen korttiin embossasin leimakuvan ja väritin vesiväreilla, toiseen väritin Zigeillä, molemmat leikkasin irti. Ensimmäisessä kortissa stanssasin taustalle kehykset Dainty Dashes -stanssisetillä, toisessa Framed-stanssisetillä. Ensimmäisen kortin tekstileima on Trust Me Builder -tekstisetistä, toisen Grown with Love -leimasetistä. Molemmissa koristeina paljetteja. Kaikki käytetyt leimat ja stanssit on Penny Blackin tuotantoa, linkit tuotteisiin yllä.
