Birthday Bouquet - Synttärikimppu

Made a birthday card with my very first Teeny Tiny Townie by Stamping Bella, this one is called 'Teeny Tiny Townie with a bouquet'. I coloured the image with my Copic markers and die cut the panel with Stitched Stackers die by Penny Black. I then stamped my sentiment and added a few tiny sequins as my embellishments. For the background I used a bit of patterned paper.

Tein synttärikortin ihkaensimmäisellä Teeny Tiny Townie -leimallani, tämä on siis Stamping Bellan Teeny Tiny Townie with a Bouquet. Väritin leimakuvan Copiceilla ja stanssasin paneelin Penny Blackin Stitched Stackers -setin stanssilla. Tekstileima on Vilda Stampsin ja koristeina pieniä paljetteja. Taustalle laitoin hieman kuviopaperia.

Banner with flowers - Banneri kukkineen

I don't think I've ever used this image from the Best Buds set by Paper Smooches even though I've had the set for ages now so it was about time I used it. I did quick Copic colouring on it, stamped the sentiment ('Congrats' in Finnish) and die cut the image out. Then I took a piece of patterned paper and die cut the circle on it, adhered it to my card base and adhered the image on the circle. I also added tiny clear sequins to embellish the card (in the photo, they are not really visible against the white background but are around the banner).

Minulla on ollut Paper Smoochesin Best Buds -setti jo hyvän aikaa, mutta en ole koskaan käyttänyt tätä leimakuvaa, joten nyt oli korkea aika. Väritin sen pikaisesti Copiceilla, leimasin tekstin ja stanssasin leimakuvan. Taustan kuviopaperiin stanssasin ympyrän, kiinnitin paperin korttipohjaan ja leimakuvan sen päälle. Koristeiksi laitoin jokusen pienen kirkkaan paljetin.

Penny Black: Happy Birthday! - Hyvää syntymäpäivää!

I made a birthday card with this cutie of a mouse who seems to be flying his magic flower to deliver his birthday present :) The stamped image is from the new Critter Celebration set by Penny Black, I coloured the image with my Zig Markers and sponged a bit of blue Distress Oxide ink to the edges of the image. The sentiment is from the set Snippets. I created the frame with the new Swirly Stitches dies and attached it to the image. For the background, I used patterned paper from the Beau Jardin paper pad and a 'belt' die cut with the new Burlap Edge die. As my finishing touches, I added some small clear sequins to the image.

Tulips - Tulppaanit

I had a play with my new Create a Smile stamps. These are from the Tender Tulips set and they are big and beautiful! I coloured them with my Copic Markers and fussy cut them out. On my card base, I sponged some Distress Oxide ink through a Create a Smile stencil called Scattered Hearts and added a frame die cut with a Penny Black die from the Ribbon Stackers set. I actually mounted two die cut frames on top of each other to make it a bit thicker so that it might visually stand out a bit more from the background. The sentiment is from the Uniko stamp set Pure Florals: Peony.

Korttipohjaan tein sydämiä Distress Oxide -musteella ja Create a Smilen Scattered Hearts -sabluunalla. Kehykset tein Penny Blackin Ribbon Stackers -stanssilla, stanssasin kehyksiä kaksi ja kiinnitin ne päällekkäin. Tekstileima on Unikon Pure Florals: Peony -setistä.

Peony - Pioni

I was recently lucky enough to win at Less Is More Challenge and as my prize, I chose the Pure Florals: Peony set from Uniko and what a gorgeous set it is! I just had to make a card with it as soon as it arrived. I stamped the largest peony from the set on X-Press It blending card and coloured it with my Copic Markers. I die cut the panel with a die from the Stitched Square and Circles set by Penny Black, added some Distress Oxide ink with my brush to the edges, stamped the sentiment (it's from the same Uniko set as is the flower) and added some clear sequins. For the background I used a piece of patterned paper.

The Flower Challenge #30 - Reminder

It's reminder time over at The Flower Challenge. Our theme this month is nice and easy: anything goes! For my card, I used Gardenia Blooms Journaling Card by Neat and Tangled which I coloured with my Copic Markers. The sentiment is a die cut one, I used Create a Smile die for that. For the background I used some Lili of the Valley patterned paper and used some clear sequins as my embellishments. I also rounded two corners of the card with a corner chomper.
