Birthday Flowers

Here's a clean-and-simple birthday card I made using a stamp from the beautiful Stampers Anonymous/Tim Holtz stamp set Floral Trims. I simply stamped the image on the card panel and coloured it with my Copics before masking the edges of the panel and ink blending some Distress Oxide inks (Bundled Sage and Rustic Wilderness) on it. I stamped the sentiment on the panel (it says 'Happy Birthday') before embellishing the card with some pretty gems.

Red Buttercups

I made a clean and simple birthday card with gorgeous stamps from Craft Your Life Project Kit: Sweet Buttercups by Altenew. I coloured the die cut images with my Copics (knowing full well that buttercups are yellow, I just wanted to make them red this time) and heat embossed my sentiment on a strip of black cardstock (the sentiment says 'On Your Birthday'). I then die cut a rectangle with Altenew's Fine Frames Rectangles die, adhered it on a panel of white cardstock that I mounted on another piece of white cardstock with some foam adhesives. After adhering the flowers and the sentiment in place, I embellished the card with some enamel dots.

All the Best

A colleague moved onto other things and I made her a card that our team gave her along with a little parting present. This beautiful flower is from the Alex Syberia Designs set Tulips Treasure. I stamped it onto a panel die cut with an MFT die and coloured it with my Copics. I then put the die back in place and inked the panel lightly with Distress Oxide ink in Old Paper. The background panel is die cut with a Penny Black die All-in-One Oval and the sentiment (translates as 'All the Best for the Future') is heat embossed onto a strip of dark grey cardstock. I embellished the card with some half pearls.

Something New

Happy New Year! This is my first card of 2025 and I wanted to try something new with it, namely the size. This is a mini slimline card, approx. 14,8 x 7,3 centimetres in size. Such a fun size to work with! I also used some new-to-me stamps on it, these beautiful florals are from Rainbow Floral stamp set from Pinkfresh Studio. I coloured the images with my Copics before die cutting them. The patterned paper in the background is from a paper pad by Carta Bella, I die cut it with Lawn Fawn's Small Mini Slimline Stackables dies. The die cut sentiment is in Finnish and translates as 'Congratulations'. I die cut it three times and adhered them on top of each other for a little dimension. I also added some Nuvo Aqua Shimmer Glitter Gloss pen on the die cut sentiment, it gives such a beautiful shimmer which unfortunately doesn't show on the photo. I embellished the card with some gold glitter gems.

Christmas Greetings

Here's a Christmas card I haven't had time to share. This is a one-layer card made with a Penny Black stamp called Christmas Arrangement. I coloured the image with my Copics before masking the edges of the card and ink blending the rectange with Distress Oxide inks (Old Paper and Antique Linen). The sentiment is in Finnish and says 'Christmas Greetings'.

Christmas Magic

It is still Christmas time, isn't it? So that I can share some Christmas cards that I didn't have time to share before Christmas. Here's a card I made with Vault Christmas Magic die set by Sizzix / Tim Holtz. I inked the background to create a snowy night sky and adhered the die cut pieces onto it. Santa and his sleigh is adhered with foam adhesives as are some of the trees for some dimension. The sentiment says 'Merry Christmas'.

Festive Garlands

I made a set of Christmas cards with a Sizzix/Tim Holtz die set Festive Garlands. They all have the same layout, the same inked background (Distress Oxide inks in Bundled Sage and Iced Spruce with few splatters of gold ink), the same sentiment (Finnish for 'Christmas Peace') and the same die cut bow (die cut with Vault Festive Wreath die by Sizzix/Tim Holtz). The only thing that changes between them is the die cut elements. I also added a bit of Distress Glitter in Rock Candy here and Nuvo Glitter Pen there. Very quick and easy to make!
