It's Father's Day in Finland today and I'm sharing the card I made for my Dad. Masculine cards can be a bit difficult to make but I thought a clean and simple style with a nature theme is always a safe approach. I started by masking the edges of my panel and then ink blending different green Distress Oxide inks into the rectangle. After I was happy with my ink blending, I removed the masking tape and chose to use a stamp from the Penny Black stamp set called Take Wing, stamping it with black ink. I then stamped my sentiment ('For Dad' in Finnish) and lastly, I adhered the panel to my card base.
