Penny Black Autumn 2021: Golden

I have a made an autumn themed card with a gorgeous new wreath stamp by Penny Black called Golden. This stamp is from Penny Black's newest collection Autumn 2021.

I stamped the image on a Copic friendly paper and coloured it with my Copics. I then stamped a sentiment from the new Autumn Is Calling sentiment set in the middle of the wreath before matting the panel onto dark brown cardstock. I tied a piece of twine around the panel and tied it into a bow before adhering some craft foam on the backside of the panel. Then I adhered the whole panel onto kraft coloured card base before embellishing it with some clear sequins.

Tämä ihana kranssileima on Penny Blackin uudesta kokoelmasta Autumn 2021 ja nimeltään Golden. Väritin leimakuvan Copiceilla ja leimasin tekstileiman uudesta tekstileimasetistä Autumn Is Calling sen keskelle. Paneelin kerrostin tummanruskealle kartongille ja sidoin sen ympärille narua. Paneelin taakse kiinnitin fun foamia, jotta sain sen hieman koholle kraftin värisestä korttipohjasta. Lopulta koristelin kortin kirkkailla paljeteilla. Kaikki käytetyt leimat ovat siis Penny Blackin ja saatavilla nettikaupastaan, linkit tuotteisiin yllä.

Penny Black: Set Sail

I love Penny Black's Set Sail stamp set. Not only do they work on summer themed cards, but they work on masculine birthday cards as well! And masculine birthday cards are what I made with the stamps.

On the first card, I stamped the glass bottle and the little sail boat inside it before colouring the image with my Copics and fussy cutting it out. For the background, I die cut a panel with Zig-Zag Stackers die, left the die in place and sponged the panel with some Distress Oxide inks (Speckled Eggs, Weathered Wood and Broken China). I added a bit of patterned paper from Wintertime paper pad on my card base and added a die cut element behind the panel (die cut with Burlap Edge die). I heat embossed a sentiment from Snippets stamp set onto a strip of cardstock and adhered it in place (I adhered both the bottle and the sentiment strip with foam adhesives). Lastly, I embellished the card with some clear sequins.

For the second card, I chose another cute sail boat from the Set Sail stamp set, coloured it with my Copics and fussy cut it out. I then created the background by smooshing different Distress ink pads on my craft mat, spritzing it with water and then smooshing a panel of watercolour paper on it. I die cut a frame for it with Stitched Circles die and adhered it to frame the panel I made. I heat embossed a sentiment from Carefree Wishes sentiment set onto a torn strip of vellum and adhred it onto the circular panel before adhering the sail boat with foam adhesives. Before adhering the circular panel onto my card base, I splattered some blue Distress inks onto it.

Tällaiset synttärikortit tuli tehtyä Penny Blackin Set Sail -leimasetillä. Molemmissa leimakuvat on väritetty Copiceilla ja leikattu irti. Ensimmäiseen korttiin stanssasin paneelin Zig-Zag Stackers -stansseilla, laitoin taustalle kuviopaperia Wintertime-paperikosta ja vyötteen, jonka stanssasin Burlap Edge -stanssilla. Tekstileima Snippets-setistä. Toiseen tein taustan musteilla ja ympyräkehyksen stanssasin Stitched Circles -stansseilla. Tekstileima Carefree Wishes -leimasetistä.

Penny Black: At Ease

I know it's only late September but I already miss summer! I'm definitely not an autumn person... But as I cannot have summer in real life, I'll have it on my card! I created this card with Penny Black's At Ease stamp set - I love that sweet beach hut! I coloured the beach hut with Distress ink refillers and fussy cut it out. For the background, I die cut a panel using Zig-Zag Stackers die and then stamped the beach scene with Mountain Magic stamp set. I then repositioned the die back in place and sponged some Distress Oxide inks in Speckled Egg and Broken China onto it with the die leaving a lovely white border around the panel. I also placed some patterned paper from Wintertime paper pad behind the panel.

Hi - Hei

 I made a just because card with Stamping Bella's Curvy Girl Loves Autumn stamp. I coloured the image with my Copic markers and fussy cut it out. For the background, I combine some patterned papers and heat embossed my sentiment (also Stamping Bella) on a strip of brown cardstock die cut with an MFT die. I then embellished the card with a heart die cut with a Penny Black die and a little pearl.

Tämän kortin tein Stamping Bellan Curvy Girl Loves Autumn -leimalla. Leimakuvan väritin Copiceilla ja leikkasin irti. Taustalle laitoin kuviopapereita ja MFT:n stanssilla stanssatun kartonkistripin, johon embossasin tekstileiman (myös Stamping Bellaa). Koristelin kortin Penny Blackin stanssilla stanssatulla sydämellä ja pienellä puolihelmellä.

On your birthday - Syntymäpäivänäsi

I love this floral stamp by Ellen Hutson, it's called Mondo Sakura. I coloured it with my Copics. I wanted to keep the card clean and simple to highlight the gorgeous stamp so I simply masked the three edges of my cardbase and sponged some Distress Oxide ink in Bundled Sage onto it so that it fades towards the bottom of the card. Then I adhered the stamped image onto it, heat embossed my sentiment (it says 'On your birthday') on a strip of black cardstock and adhered it in place and embellished the card with some pale pink enamel dots.

Tämä Ellen Hutsonin Mondo Sakura -leima on niin ihana, että halusin pitää muun kortin simppelinä niin, että leimakuva korostuu. Leimakuva on väritetty Copiceilla ja taustalle maskasin suorakulmion kolme reunaa ja mustetin alueen Distress Oxide -musteen sävyllä Bundled Sage niin, että väri haalenee pohjaa kohti. Tekstileiman embossasin mustalle kartonkisoirolle ja kortin koristelin muutamalla enamel dotsilla.

Congrats on your new home! - Onnea uuteen kotiin!

A dear friend of mine moved houses some time ago and I made her this house warming card. I used a stamp by Hero Arts called Venetian Neighborhood - it doesn't look anything like her new house but it's such a beautiful stamp that I wanted to use it anyway! I coloured the image with my watercolours, cut the panel down to size and matted it onto dark brown cardstock. I heat embossed my sentiment (it says 'congrats on your new home') on a strip of yellow cardstock and attached it to my card panel with foam adhesives.

Tämä kortti meni ihanalle ystävälleni, joka joku aika sitten muutti uuteen kotiin. Tämä Hero Artsin Venetian Neighborhood -leima ei muistuta yhtään hänen uutta kotiaan, mutta on kuitenkin niin ihana, että halusin sitä käyttää. Väritin leimakuvan vesiväreillä ja leikkasin sen oikeaan kokoon ennen kuin kiinnitin paneelin tummanruskealle kartongille. I made a birthday card with this cute Stamping Bella stamp, it's Teeny Tiny Townie with a Bouquet. I coloured the image with my Copics. For the background, I added a bit of floral patterned paper and a panel die cut with Penny Black's Leaf Stitched Frames die. I added my sentiment (it says 'Huge Congrats') onto a sentiment strip die cut with an MFT die and embellished the card with some enamel dots.
